This package will open the runway to incredible design possibilities that will surely add an extra-special flair to your wedding day. From the very beginning, we’ll work closely to bring together your team of top-notch service providers who meet your budget and exceed your expectations. Whether you’re making a big decision or confirming tiny details, we will be right there with you to make sure no detail is missed.


  • 2 full-time event planners as your resource, as well as additional day-of staff necessary to perfectly execute your vision

  • Development of month-by-month project timeline

  • Production of hour-by-hour event itinerary, vendor contact sheet and shot list (final version to be distributed to wedding party, vendors or anyone else you designate)

  • Create design presentation to provide renderings and a high-level overview of table settings, theme and more

  • Full management of wedding day



  • Unlimited access to With a Flair Events preferred vendors and service providers -- from wedding attire to florists and more

  • Recurring meetings to discuss vision, preferences, themes and ultimate vendor team

  • Ongoing research and coordination of all vendors

  • Organize and manage your budget from start to finish

  • Walkthroughs of your ceremony and reception location to confirm all the details --- from lighting, draping, menu and more

  • Begin production on hour-by-hour timeline, devising event logistics to ensure every moment of your wedding day is perfectly captured and celebrated from dawn ‘til dusk

  • Distribute final full itinerary, vendor contact sheet and shot list to vendors and anyone else you designate

  • Serve as point of contact for all wedding vendors, which includes confirming arrival times and set-up logistics

  • Attend wedding rehearsal on designated day to organize officiant, family, wedding party and timing of the ceremony


  • Full emergency kit available to take care of those “oopsy” moments

  • Guide, direct and escort Bride and Groom, plus their wedding party, during their photo session

  • Handle ceremony processional

  • Detailed onsite coordination and management of entire wedding reception

  • Be present for all vendor arrivals at reception

  • Distribute place cards and other stationery/specialty items per the couple’s specifications

  • Work closely with the entertainment/DJ to ensure everything sounds perfect, he/she is aware of timing for key moments (i.e. cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss) and your bridal party’s names are pronounced properly.

  • Welcome and greet your guests at the reception

  • Handle packing up of specialty items (champagne flutes, etc.) and hand over to designated family member at the end of the event

  • Handle final vendor payments upon request
